Vegan Bite Recipe: Raw Chili

Sarah’s Raw and Vegan Cafe

Raw Chili

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, soaked
  • 1 T ginger
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 T (flat) chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne
Blend above ingredients together until creamy and sauce-like
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 red, yellow and orange peppers, chopped
Put above ingredients in bowl
  • 1/2 cup chopped leeks
  • 1/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon jice
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 3 T hemp seeds

Marinate above ingredients for one hour. A dehydrator can be used if you have one, otherwise set on counter.

Pour sauce over veggies and top with marinated leek mixture. Enjoy cold or dehydrate everything for another hour and serve warm.

Option: If chili comes out too hot, cool it down with a dash of agave.
